Rate Policy

 (The additional Adult/Child fee may not apply to all campsites.)

3-       Late Check–Out – Check-Out time for all campers is 12PM.  Guests staying after 12pm will be charged ½ of the daily rate of their campsite fee and must depart the premises no later than 4pm.  Guests departing after 4pm will be charged for another full night.  All late departures require advance payment and approval and are subject to availability.

4-       Sites will not be rented to anyone under the age of 21.  ID must be presented.

5-       Use of sanitary dump station is $10.00 per use for overnight guests and $20.00 per use for all others.

6-       Outlanders River Camp is a pet friendly facility.  First pet is FREE, each additional pet is $2.00 per night per pet.

7-       Campground guests are permitted to have visitors from 12PM-10PM.  Visitor rates are $6 per adult or teen, $4 for 6-12 year olds, and 5 and under are FREE.  All visitors must register at the Check-In station to pay assessed fee prior to entering the premises and must be greeted by their party at the Check-In station.

Reservation Policy

In order to hold a reservation, a 50% deposit is required.  Reservations may not be made more than 365 days in advance of arrival date.

Cancellation Policy

Cancelled reservations are subject to a $10 handling fee if cancellation is at least 30 days prior to arrival.  Any cancellations less than 30 days in advance will forfeit 50% of deposit.  Cancellations occurring less than 4 days from arrival will forfeit 100% of deposit.  All cancellation requests must contact ORC campground office at 540-743-5540.  Email cancellations are NOT accepted.

Refund Policy

There will be absolutely no refunds of camp fees once paid under any circumstances including but not limited to adverse weather, injury or early check-out. 

Check In and Check Out Policy

Check in time is 2PM-6PM on day of arrival.  Check out time is 12PM on day of departure.  All campers, guests and visitors must first register and pay usage fees at the Check-In Station at time of arrival.

Liability Policy

Under no circumstances will Outlanders River Camp owners, family, employees, agents or contractors be liable for any injury or illness that may occur while using Outlanders River Camp facilities including but not limited to swimming and wading in the river.  Enjoy our property, but use is at your own risk.
