Area Attractions and Discounts

Many of our guests come to ORC and have such a great time on property that they don't want to leave. However because we are so conveniently located to many fine attractions and activities, we can make arrangements, sell you tickets or provide discounts to several. Stop in the ORC Camp Store to make arrangements, or tell us when you make your reservation. We also offer our guests the Family Fun Pass, which offers multiple discounts.

Outlanders River Camp now offers an on-site tube ride that lasts for approximately 40 minutes. This is a perfect amount of time for families with younger children or those that do not want to leave the property. Tubes are available to purchase at the campground store for $15 or bring your own. The ride begins at the primitive riverfront camp area and ends at our river deck.

Outlanders Convenience Store and Deli, our other property less than 1/4 mile away is an authorized sales agent for area state ATV and off-road trails passes. Off-road enthusiast find that ORC is a convenient camp spot for ATV trail adventures. While there grab a variety of lunch items from our deli!

ORC will arrange horseback riding at Jordan Hollow Riding Stables in Stanley, VA less than 15 minutes away. They offer all day and hourly rides. Family Fun Pass holders receive up to $10 off per person.

ORC will book a wine and cheese or family cruise along the Shenandoah River only a few miles away with Shenandoah River Cruises. Family Fun Pass holders receive $3 off per person.

ORC can make arrangements for canoe or kayak rentals at Shenandoah River Outfitters. Family Fun Pass holders receive $5 off per canoe.

Rent ATVs, Jet Skis, Canoes, Party Boats or Kayaks at Appalachian Adventures. We will help you arrange your adventure and Family Fun Pass holders get 10% off.

Guided hunting and fishing tours. Stay with us and experience professional guided services. We can help make your arrangements.
